Joel Valadez, better known as Joel Defiant, has had the pleasure of being a barber in his community for over 5 years. Joel has a high passion for barbering as he had serveral well known barbers mentor him through his humble beginnings. He graduated from Brighton High School and later continuted his barber education at Emily Griffith Technical College in Denver. As a part of the team at Box State Barbers, Joel is confident in his abilities to cut, fade, texture and handle every single client with the care they deserve. His mission is to continue sharpening his knowledge of the trade and always providing exceptional barbering services to his clients.

Jovan is a Colorado native and grew up in Commerce City/Henderson. After graduating from Prarie View High School he embarked on his journey of becoming a barber and enrolled in barbering school. He feels blessed to be part of the Box State team and looks forward to expanding his skills and serving the community he grew up in.

Diego is from Colorado and is a graduate from Prairie View High School. He recently finished Barber school and is very excited to continue his journey at Box State Barbers!

Dee was born and raised in Colorado. She has always had a passion for barbering. Dee started out at Regency Beauty School and she attended a men’s haircut class and fell in love with it. She’s put blood, sweat and tears into her passion for barbering. Dee goes above and beyond for every service and is appreciative for all of her clients. She is happy to be home with her Box State family!

Seth is a Colorado native. He is a young, talented upcoming barber who recently graduated from the Emily Griffith Barber program. He is constantly looking for new clients.
